If your order includes any pre-order items, it will not be shipped until all items are in-stock. If you’d like to seperate an order to receive stock items sooner, additional shipping costs will apply. Please contact us to arrange this.
We offer standard and express shipping for all orders and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched. Standard shipping is $12 within Australia, unless your order is over $200 in which case standard shipping is complementary. Delivery times vary based on location and The Local Muse will not be responsible for any delayed or missing parcels. We are not responsible for exchange or return shipping costs. We accept returns on full priced items purchased online within 14 days of the delivery date.
